Who provides the service

What data we process and why
Controller: BLASAI Software S.L.U. (details above).
- The address of the analyzed website, its result and a screenshot of its home page: to give you the analysis you request (performance of the service).
- The IP address you request the analysis from: to limit abuse (legitimate interest in protecting the service).
- Your email, if you give it to us: only to send you the receipt and the report link if you buy it (performance of the contract), or to notify you when it can be bought if you ask us to (consent, which we first ask you to confirm and which you can withdraw at any time).
- Payment and invoice data: to charge and invoice you (contract and legal obligation). They are processed by the payment gateway; we don't see or store your card.
How long we keep it: the IP address, 30 days; free analyses that aren't paid for, together with your email if you gave it, 90 days; paid reports, 2 years from purchase (or less, if you ask us to delete them sooner); billing data, as long as commercial and tax law require (6 years). Our web server logs keep the IP address and the page requested for 14 days, without the private report links, and backups are kept for 30 days.
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent, at soporte@sintropiezos.com. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). More details in BLASAI's privacy policy; if anything differs, what this page says applies to this service.
Cookies: we only use one technical cookie, in the browser you pay from, so you can find your report when you come back; it lasts one year. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The payment gateway sets its own cookies on its own page.
Who else processes data
- Arsys Internet S.L.U. (Spain), which hosts the service, as processor.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), which processes the payment and the invoice as our processor and, to prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations, as controller (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Anthropic (United States), only for the extended report: we send it public images and text from the analyzed website to suggest descriptions and names. We don't send it your data, but that content may include other people's data (for example, photos). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the service you request. Under its contract with us, Anthropic does not use that content to train its models.
Stripe and Anthropic may process data in the United States, with the safeguards required by European law (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
How we visit websites
We read at most ten pages of the website you give us, slowly (with a pause between pages) and with a browser that identifies itself as Sin Tropiezos. We don't touch anything on the website. The analysis logs keep the domain, not the full address. If you own a website and don't want us to analyze it, write to us.
How to buy
You choose the report, tick the immediate delivery box and pay on the payment gateway, where you can review and correct your details before confirming. You receive the order confirmation by email, and the invoice if you give your company's tax ID when paying (otherwise, we send it when you ask for it); we keep a record of the order too. You can enter into the contract in any of the languages of this website.
Report terms
The report is an automated analysis against WCAG 2.2 A and AA on the date shown. It is not a certification and doesn't guarantee legal compliance: it detects the problems that can be measured automatically. It is generated and delivered as soon as payment is confirmed (the extended one, within a few minutes), online and as a PDF, without technical protection measures, at a personal link you receive when paying and in the receipt; it stays available for 2 years. The price includes VAT and an invoice is issued, with your tax ID if you give it when paying. You pay with the methods the payment gateway offers (card and, depending on the case, others).
For 30 days after purchase we'll redo the report for free up to 3 times, so you can check your fixes.
Before paying, you expressly ask us to start straight away and deliver the report before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that, once it is delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal; we confirm this in the receipt. If the report can't be generated, we refund the amount paid.
You have the legal guarantee of conformity: if the report is not as described here, we will correct it or refund your money. For any complaint, write to us at soporte@sintropiezos.com; we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. We do not participate in any out-of-court dispute resolution scheme.
If you contract as a business or professional, our liability is limited to the price paid and does not cover penalties, third-party claims or loss of profits related to your website.
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rules that protect you as a consumer in your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your domicile.
Accessibility of this service
We built this website to meet the WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines: it can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader, on a mobile phone and with enlarged text, and we check it with our own analysis. If you find a barrier or need the report in another format, email us at soporte@sintropiezos.com.
